How does the bond work?
A bond is optional. If the lender sets one, that amount is held in escrow for the length of the hire so the piece is covered. Once it has been returned and you are both happy, the lender marks the booking complete and the bond is released back to the renter. That usually takes two to three business days to appear.
When do I get my payout?
Once the booking is marked complete and you are both happy, your payout is released to your nominated bank account, usually within two to three business days.
Does it cost to list?
No. Outfita is completely free to list items, so list as many as you like.
Can I bring my store across?
Yes, and we built a system to make it fast. Enter your website URL, press import, and we pull in every listing, photos and all.
