Bond A bond of $120 is required at the time of hire. The bond will be refunded in full once the dress is returned on time, clean, and in its original condition. 2. Hire Period Standard hire period is 24–48 hours, depending on your booking. Hire time begins from the day of delivery or pickup and ends once the dress is returned. Late returns may result in deductions from the bond or full forfeiture. 3. Shipping & Returns Dresses can be picked up in person or shipped to you. If shipped, the customer is responsible for return postage, packaging, and providing tracking. The dress must be shipped back by the agreed return date. The customer assumes full responsibility for the dress while in transit, including loss, damage, or delays caused by the postal service. 4. Condition of Return The dress must be returned unmarked, undamaged, and unaltered. If the dress is returned with minor marks, stains, or damage, a portion of the bond may be withheld to cover professional cleaning or repair costs. If the dress is severely damaged, altered, or not returned, the full bond will be forfeited. 5. Care of Garment Customers must not alter, pin, or cut the dress. Take reasonable care to avoid stains or damage from makeup, fake tan, perfume, food, or jewellery snags. 6. Refunds Bond refunds will be processed once the garment has been inspected and cleared.
